We have two factories, one making cleanroom equipment and the other one makes garments for cleanroom applications.

Our Factory - Cleanroom Equipment

Our factory designs and manufactures facilities equipment and fixtures for cleanrooms.

They include :

a) equipment used in the construction of cleanrooms such as air-showers, pass boxes, pressure dampers;

b) equipment used in a cleanroom or as a clean environment such as laminar flowhoods, mini-environments, controlled environment chambers;

c) equipment used in a gowning room area such as garments storage cabinets, consumable storage cabinets, gloves dispenser containers,stainless steel; and

d) metal furniture, racks, shelvings, trolleys, computer stands, equipment stands, that are used in a cleanroom.

We are able to design and manufacture to your unique requirements. We have our own cutting/shearing machines, bending machines, welding machines and an online powder-coating spray-paint booth. This helps us to control every step of the process until we install and commission our equipment at your site location.

All the products manufactured by P2M are guaranteed to meet international standards for functional criteria and compliance to our product specifications.

Our Factory - Cleanroom / ESD Apparel

Our factory manufactures various cleanroom and ESD apparel items required to be worn by operators in a cleanroom and/or ESD sensitive work environment.

They include :

a) Cleanroom jumpsuits, with or without attached hoods, as well as cleanroom booties. ESD-safe stripe or grid fabrics are available.

b) Cleanroom smocks for less contamination-sensitive areas.

c) ESD-safe lab-coats and smocks.

d) Launderable Caps and hair-covers for general industries.

We are able to design and manufacture to your requirements, including customized pockets, penholders, as well as zip or snap fastening options. We can also include your company logos into the garments. We have our own cutting machines and sewing machines. This helps us to control our manufacturing process until pack and ship the garments to your site.
